Who is responsible for the data

Estudio Rosman & Asociados (the "Firm"), with offices at Francia 1680, CP 3000, Santa Fe, Argentina, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. For any question about this policy, write to info@estudiorosman.com.

Contact form

When you write to us through the form, we receive the data you enter:

• full name, email and, if you provide it, phone number;
• the area of inquiry and the text of your inquiry.

We use it only to reply to you. The inquiry is stored in the Firm's internal panel, which only authorized people can access, so we can follow it up until we reply, and it may also be sent to the Firm by email. To prevent abuse, the server keeps a temporary count of submissions per IP address that is discarded after a few minutes. Sending an inquiry does not create a professional relationship or fees.

Management panel and Google sign-in

The website has an internal panel, only for previously authorized people at the Firm, used to update its content. Access is through a Google account. When signing in, Google shares the account's name, email address and profile picture ("openid", "email" and "profile" scopes); the panel requests no other permission or access to your account.

• We use the email address only to check that the account is authorized. If it is not, access is denied and nothing is stored.
• For authorized accounts we store the email, the name the Firm assigned, the date of the last sign-in, session data (IP address and browser) and a log of the changes they make to the content.
• We do not store passwords or the access permissions Google issues: they are used once, at sign-in, and discarded.

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This data is not sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising.

Cookies

The public website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The panel uses two technical cookies required to sign in: a temporary one during Google sign-in and another that keeps the session open for up to eight hours. Fonts are served from this same website, and office maps are links to Google Maps that only open if you choose them.

Who it is shared with

We do not transfer or sell personal data. Only the providers needed for the website to work are involved: the server hosting service, the email service through which inquiries arrive, and Google, for panel sign-in. Each processes the data on the Firm's behalf and for that purpose.

How long it is kept

Inquiries are kept in the panel and in the Firm's email for as long as needed to handle them; if you request erasure, they are permanently deleted from the panel. Panel account data is kept while the account is active; sessions expire after eight hours.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, update or erasure of your personal data by writing to info@estudiorosman.com, under Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.

The data subject has the right to access their data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as provided in section 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326.

The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules on personal data protection.

Changes to this policy

If the way the website handles data changes, we will update this text and the date above.
